Giving TLC is easy, follow these three simple steps:
Step 1 - Choose which animal to help - a cat, dog or farm animal.
Step 2 - Select the TLC gift you would like to give.
Step 3 - Choose a gift card option - e-card or printed card. This will feature the animal and how the gift has helped.
Choose from three delivery options
Print at home - personalise the gift card and email to yourself.
E-card – personalise the gift card and email direct to your friend
Printed card – a blank gift card will be posted to you to personalise. Please add $4.95 at checkout.

Where does the money go?
TLC gifts represent real expenses SPCA Auckland incurs everyday including medical treatment, care, rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming services to animals in need.
TLC gifts are symbolic, you are actually making a tax deductible donation to a specific service area within SPCA Auckland. This helps to keep SPCA administrative costs as low as possible by avoiding a complex reconciliation process. By choosing a TLC gift, you are agreeing that your donation will be used to fund any of the work in that service area.

Give petbux - The gift of second chances
Giving petbux is the same as giving a TLC voucher. The only difference is, the person you give it to gets to choose how it’s used. One petbux = One New Zealand dollar. Your friend or loved one simply needs to visit the website and enter their unique voucher code to gift their petbux to cats, dogs or farm animals in need.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email
Before you purchase, please double-check the email address you’ve entered. If you’ve already completed a purchase but you haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact our Fundraising team on 09 256 7307.
I wanted to purchase gifts for a few of my friends, but my card was declined. What happened?
Our payment merchant has anti-fraud measures in place for your security. If your card is used multiple times a day on our TLC site (even if you are purchasing gifts for different people) your card may be declined for the later purchases. This is to ensure that anyone fraudulently using your card cannot spend too much. If you are able to spread out your payments, the issue will be resolved – otherwise please contact our Fundraising team on 09 256 7307.
